The two technical difficulties faced by the customer were guaranteeing long-term performance and enabling wide-temperature capabilities in harsh manufacturing settings.


Innodisk’s flash storage solution was selected as the core storage device for the client’s edge controller, alleviating the client’s concerns about durability and longevity in harsh environments. By addressing the tough requirements with an industrial-grade SSD designed to operate for long periods in challenging conditions, Innodisk enabled the client to finalize its plug-and-play factory controller and start deploying it across smart factories.
